Disney's
only working brewpub is as fascinating as it is delicious.
While an on-site brew-master creates five handcrafted specialty
beers, you get to view the whole process through floor-to-ceiling
glass walls - and, of course, sample the results. Sandwiches
and salads make up the bulk of the menu with lots of intriguing
variations of pub favorites. Anyone up for char-grilled
meatloaf or pan-seared sesame tuna?
