Imagine stepping back in time to the pioneer days of old Kissimmee town. You walk into this log-built restaurant, and find homely wood tables and chairs, with some booths. There's a bar where the locals sit, and a games room with pool tables, games machines and a video arcade. Some of the locals use this place as their bar at night - so it can get a little rowdy - but that just adds to the atmosphere - and the restaurant is separated from the bar area.
The food is plentiful - huge servings piled high on the plate. There's a great kids menu, and the entrées are just fabulous. Some of our team prefer the Prime Rib at JT's (that's what it's famous for!) which you can have as-much-as-you-can-eat. One of the other favorites is the BBQ Rib slab, which comes with a corn cob, fries, and the most delicious BBQ sauce you've ever tasted.
Daily 12:00pm through 11:00pm
Very reasonably priced meals. As much as you can eat Prime Rib. Expect to pay between $15 and $25 per head for a 3 course meal. Prices exclude taxes and gratuities.
No real need to book unless you decide to go on a Friday or Sunday (all the locals go then!). Expect a maximum waiting time of 30 minutes.
