 Mediterranean cuisine brings together the finest flavors from the countries bordering the Mediterranean Sea - Spain, Greece, Italy, Turkey, and France, just to name a few.
With so many tastes from so many countries, you cannot truly experience Spoodles with just one dish. So we encourage you to try the tapas and other selections made to share.
Everything on the menu is consistently good, but of special mention are the plump, oak-roasted clams and mussels, crispy calamari with olive-pepperoncini vinaigrette, and seared scallops with chervil pesto. Or if you prefer - try the Spoodles Sampler - a little of everything on one plate.
For something different, try the rotollo, a Moroccan flat bread rolled up like a burrito and filled with succulent roasted vegetables, hummus, cucumbers, and tzatziki (a yogurtlike sauce). Also the barbecued Moroccan beef skewers with raisin and almond couscous, the spicy black mussel and pepperoni soup with Greek orzo and tomato fennel broth, and the duck sausage pizza.
The kids can split one of the handcrafted pizzas - cooked to perfection in a wood-burning oven. Toppings run from the typical pepperoni to the more exotic rock shrimp.
Spoodles also offers both a cold and hot breakfast (all-you-can-eat) buffet, an ideal beginning to a day at the parks.
Finish off your meal with a cappuccino chiller, thick and creamy with just the with just the right touch of coffee flavoring, or fresh-brewed coffee served with real cream.
