Don’t miss the chance to see the huge lumbering manatees, which look like a cross between walruses and busses! They have been brought to Sea World after accidents with motorboats in the wild. Walking through a clear tunnel  underneath the naturalistic, 3¼-acre lagoon, you enter the Manatee theatre where a film shows the lives of these gentle giants and the ways in which human technology threatens their survival.
At the Manatee Habitat, a 300,000-gallon tank with a huge viewing panel, you can watch the vegetarian mammals as well as native fish. Keep an eye out for mother manatees and their nursing calves.
Since the area is so big it gets less crowded.
Don't go after a dolphin show, it can get very busy then.
