In a large white building between the Sea Lion & Otter Stadium and Key West Dolphin Stadium over 16 different species of penguin waddle around a huge fridge decorated as a re-creation of Antarctica. They are so sweet, scooting across the icy promontories and flopping into freezing water to show off their underwater skills. From a moving walkway you can watch their antics through thick see-through walls. You can step off the walkway if you want a closer look at the tuxedo--wearing birds as they dive into the water and are showered with three tons of snow every day. Nearby, you can also view puffins and murres.
Stay as long as you like.
Sometimes gridlocked despite the moving walkway.
Go during the dolphin and sea lion shows, and before you have been drenched at Journey to Atlantis. or you will feel very cold!
