It is a golf resort, with signature courses by Arnold Palmer, Tom Watson and Jack Nicholas. Champion's Gate with its two Greg Norman designed championship golf courses and David Leadbetter Golf academy, a Publix supermarket and a Chinese take away is adjacent.
There are also safe cycling and walking tracks through conservation areas & nature
trails in and around the resort.
